Breathwork, elegant movement flows, hasta mudras (yoga with our hands) and deep healing relaxation form the basis of this women-only class.
Inspired by the Womb Yoga approach of Lucy’s teacher Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, the practices are suitable for all women (and girls), with or without previous experience of yoga, and at any stage of life. Any woman interested in approaching yoga in a beautiful feminine way and connecting with her inner womb wisdom is welcome. Suitable during pregnancy.
