New Yoga Class – Sunday Mornings – starts 7 January
Lucy is starting a new Sunday morning yoga class this week (7 January) and there are spaces available. There has been a long waiting list for Saturday mornings so we hope this new class may be of interest to those who are working on weekdays and to our weekend Airbnb guests.

Visiting Teacher – Uma Dinsmore-Tuli
We are delighted to be hosting Uma for her teaching trip to Northumberland and holding a retreat for her team. Lucy will also be attending Well Woman Therapy training with Uma (now fully booked) and assisting her at the Total Yoga Nidra Immersion course in Newcastle (27-28 January, spaces available).

Christmas Appeal for Northumberland Food Bank
Throughout November and December we ran a prize draw, gift swap and several free classes in aid of the North Northumberland Food Bank. £300.86 was raised as well as several large boxes of food and toiletries. Thank you to all who took part.

Light in My Heart Yoga Nidra – Free Audio Download
To celebrate the end of term and mark the darkest time of the year we held three midwinter meditation sessions with yoga nidra and candle meditation. The yoga nidra practice is available to download here:
