We will start with a consultation and design a yoga session together that completely meets your needs.
Each session or course of sessions includes a personal programme to take home and work on. You may never have considered private tuition before but many people find it beneficial for one or all of the following reasons:
- benefit from 1-2-1 coaching, modifications and adjustments
- focus on establishing a personal practice
- recover from an injury or manage a medical condition that prevents you from joining general classes
- focus on wider aspects of yoga including pranayama (breathing), meditation or yoga philosophy
