Our monthly meditation session is open to all.
The session begins with a form of guided relaxation called Yoga Nidra. You can sample some of Lucy’s Yoga Nidra practices over on the Yoga Nidra Network website.
There is then a period of guided pranayama or breathing practices leading into silent meditation. This part of the session can be experienced in a seated meditation pose or lying down. We have plenty of props including bolsters, blankets and chairs so that everyone can become comfortable.
There is no cost to book your place. The studio space and teaching is offered as a gift. A collection for charity is held at each session and you are invited to make your own gift if you are able.
