These notes are from my Thursday drop-in class – a simple sequence starting standing and ending lying down.

Complete the practice with a guided relaxation and 12 breaths of ujjayi pranayama.

Short of time? A little yoga goes a long way – just picking any one of these squares for a 2-3 minute yoga practice is also a great thing to do.
