Join Lucy for yoga, relaxation and meditation in the lovely Shilbottle Community Hall.
A warm welcome awaits for all ages and abilities.
Lucy’s yoga method prioritises breathing, and movements which are coordinated with the breath. The practice is experienced in a meditative way, without music. In this new weekly class we will focus on standing practices which can be done at varying levels of intensity, then move towards seated or lying relaxation and end with a short period of seated meditation. The whole class can be enjoyed with the support of a chair if required.
Please bring your own mat, blanket and cushion.
There are a few mats to borrow if you’re trying yoga for the first time (or forget your mat!)
