Mid-Week Retreat

A two night retreat for individuals or couples. Mid-week retreats are Wednesday to Friday.

The basic package price is per person and includes two nights bed and breakfast accommodation, a yoga session tailored especially for you, a massage of your choice and lunch on Saturday.

Additional meals and massage or yoga sessions can be added to your package but we recommend booking this in advance to guarantee availability.

You will have use of a double bedroom and a separate relaxation space with a day bed, eating area and your own fridge. Both rooms have a lovely view across the fields to the sea. Meals can be served in your relaxation room or in the garden (weather permitting) along with unlimited tea, coffee or juice. You will also receive a goody bag with some organic toiletries, note-cards and other little treats.

There are lovely walks on the doorstep and the beach is a short drive (or you can walk). You could also bring your books, knitting or other creative projects to enjoy in your free time.

Of course you may prefer to simply ‘be’, and our space is just perfect for that.

12.00pm – 1:1 Yoga Session tailored specifically for you.

1.15pm – Lunch and Free Time for Walking, Resting, Reading or Creative Pursuits!

3.00pm – Massage Session Of Your Choice

Departure by 11.00am unless you wish to add an additional yoga session, massage or day retreat package.

For your evening meals, we highly recommend Lal Khazana or you will find food to suit all tastes and budgets in Alnwick, Alnmouth, Warkworth or Amble. You are also welcome to bring your own food or take-away meals but there are no cooking facilities in your room, just a fridge and kettle.
