My name is Lucy Maresh and I have been running yoga groups for pregnant women and babies here in North Northumberland since 2009.

Mother Nurture classes include:

  • prenatal yoga
  • birth preparation
  • postnatal yoga
  • baby yoga and massage
  • relaxation and meditation for mothers and babies
  • opportunities for friendship and connection

Whether you are newly pregnant or have a babe in arms, you are welcome to join our lovely community of nurturing mums.

Pregnancy

  • Yoga for Pregnancy Birth and Beyond (Zoom) – Sundays 9.30-11.00am
    Five week course, live but from the comfort of your own home. Pregnancy yoga and breathing exercises suitable from 14 weeks. The course includes free access to my videos and is supported by WhatsApp chat to connect with others (optional).

    Five week course for you and your baby to meet in person and play yoga and massage games which support postnatal recovery AND baby development. Suitable from 8 weeks until your baby is crawling.
