Pregnancy Yoga Morning Retreat

Sunday 25 July, 9.00am-1pm, £25

For women who are 14-42 weeks pregnant.

This workshop will include:

  • Flowing yoga sequences suitable throughout pregnancy
  • Restorative yoga and deep relaxation with your baby
  • Tailored advice/modifications for individuals
  • How to use a swiss ball during pregnancy (not just for labour)
  • Breathing techniques to relieve anxiety, bond with your baby and for use in labour

Also included:

  • Foot bath and make your own massage oil
  • Local walk and opportunity to talk with other participants
  • Light lunch, tea and cake
  • Goody bag to take home
