Lucy’s yoga method prioritises breathing, and movements which are coordinated with the breath. The practice is experienced in a meditative way, without music.
Sundays 19.30-21.00 (monthly)
Being in the Cycles – monthly Sunday evening classes open to all and offered via Zoom on an honesty box basis. You can join in live or catch up later by video. Suitable for beginners.
This is a well established class for people with some experience of yoga already. The emphasis is on lengthening the breath and using simple floor-based movements to enhance strength, flexibility and ease. If you are a complete beginner please try to attend an in person class or book a 1:1 (in person or online) before joining this class.

This is also a well established class for people with some experience of yoga already and is physically more challenging than Thursday’s class. If you are a complete beginner please try to attend an in person class or book a 1:1 (in person or online) before joining this class.

- November/December block starts Saturday 6 November (5 weeks)
Thursday and Saturday Zoom courses are £40.00 for five weeks. Drop-in is not available for these classes. However, they both take place on the same link and you may swap or attend additional classes at no extra cost. You will also receive one or two video recordings during each block of classes.
