Join Lucy for yoga, relaxation and meditation in the lovely Shilbottle Community Hall.
A warm welcome awaits for all ages and abilities.
Lucy’s yoga method prioritises breathing, and movements which are coordinated with the breath. The practice is experienced in a meditative way, without music.
At present, all classes must be pre-booked to avoid over-crowding. Bring your own mat, blanket and cushion (there are a few mats to borrow if you’re trying yoga for the first time – or forget).
Fridays 9.30-11.00 – Yoga for ALL
In this class we focus practices which can be done standing or seated at varying levels of intensity. We then move towards seated or lying relaxation and end with a short period of seated meditation. The whole class can be enjoyed with the support of a chair if required and is suitable during pregnancy (but please let me know!)
