Holistic Yoga Days are an opportunity to immerse yourself in a complete practice of active and restorative postures, seated breathing practices and meditation.
Overall this is a restful and meditative experience based on the Eight Limbs of Yoga set out by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutra. It is a chance to go deeper into both the theory and practice of yoga within in a friendly group.
Suitable for those with some yoga experience already – or curious beginners!
The workshop itself will take place at Shilbottle Community Hall but we can accommodate up to three participants from further afield in our guest suite here at A Space to Be.
