An online yoga class for 'remembering ourselves'. We will consider the idea of nourishment at each layer of our being – body, breath, mind, heart and soul. This model of five layers of being is found in the Taitirriya Upanisad and is most commonly referred to as the panca kośa (five bodies).

Yoga Courses with Lucy Maresh Autumn 2020

Lucy’s yoga method prioritises breathing, and movements which are coordinated with the breath. Classes begin with a short period of rest, feeling into the body and becoming aware of the natural breath. A typical class will then include flowing sequences, some restorative poses and relaxation, finishing with breathing practices and/or meditation. While physical distancing is required to prevent the spread of COVID-19 we are unable to hold yoga courses here at A Space to Be. Lucy is offering a courses online and at Shilbottle Community Hall instead and a monthly email with some online resources.
