29 October – Holistic Yoga Day

Holistic Yoga Days are an opportunity to immerse yourself in a complete practice of active and restorative postures, seated breathing practices and meditation. Overall this is a restful and meditative experience based on the Eight Limbs of Yoga set out by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutra. It is a chance to go deeper into both the theory and practice of yoga within in a friendly group.
