We are a small but growing number that meet each week to practice rest and silence together at 6pm on Fridays. Each week we collect money and dedicate to causes locally and further afield. The session begins with a long, guided relaxation practice (Yoga Nidra) and then we practice silent meditation together. No previous experience is required.
There is no charge for this session but donations are collected each week for charities at home and overseas.
Occasionally we link up with yoga practitioners around the globe via @yogadanainitiative. Yogadāna’s mission is to unite socially conscious yogis and pool their collective talents to compound impact on a global scale.
