A weekly chance to practice rest and stillness. The class includes a guided relaxation practice (yoga nidra) and a period of silence. No previous experience is required.
This class is offered in the spirit of yoga dana (generosity). We give the time and space for this session freely and you are invited to freely give whatever you can. 100% of the donations for this class are passed on to charity.
