A nurturing yoga class for mums to connect and enjoy some well-deserved self-care.
The class includes, flowing movements, deep relaxation and meditative awareness on the path of mothering.
Additional treats include foot rubs, flowers and chocolates.
Sessions are based on the Womb Yoga practices of Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
Women of all ages are welcome. Pregnant women and babes-in-arms are also welcome.
Third Saturday of Every Month, 6-7.20pm.
£10 per session.
You are welcome to stay after the class for tea and conversation.

Bookings and Payments
We operate a booking system for all classes. Bookings for this class can be made online.
Bookings can also be made in person, by email or on the phone. Once you have booked your class(es) you will receive a confirmation email and also a reminder email 48 hours before the class. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of the class will not be refunded.
