surya namaskar stepsSaturday’s practice centres around the flowing movements of Surya Namaskara (Salutations to the Sun) but each part of the sequence is broken down and explained in order to work on healthy alignment and technique.

This class will suit anybody wishing to move and flow between postures.

A moderate level of fitness is assumed for this class (you need to be able to walk in, stand up and sit down!)
