Thursday’s yoga class is suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness and mobility. It will particularly suit those with some previous experience (or curious beginners) who are interested in the theory, history and philosophy of yoga.

- tailoring a yoga practice for your own needs
- pranayama (yogic breathing)
- advanced yoga postures including inversions (according to individual and group interest)
