Wednesday Evening Yoga

Paula rosa-42Wednesday’s Yoga class is  suitable for complete beginners to Yoga or anyone interested in a back to basics approach.

Lucy takes has holistic approach to Yoga and the class includes breathing, relaxation and meditation as well as a series of simple and more challenging postures and sequences suitable to the participants.

Each class includes:

  • Awareness of Breath
  • Sun Salutation (and variations of)
  • Focus on a key Yoga pose
  • Relaxation
  • Meditation
