Privacy Policy
We require an email address and mobile telephone number to confirm all bookings. We will only use this information to send payment receipts and booking confirmations or to send you information about your booking(s).

Gift Vouchers
Gift certificates are valid for one year from date of issue. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Appointments
With at least 24 hours notice we can refund you in full or transfer your booking to another date.
Studio Classes
With at least 24 hours notice we can refund you in full or transfer your booking to another date.
Classes on Zoom or at Shilbottle Community Hall
Get in touch any time before the class starts if you would like to transfer your booking to another date. 24 hours notice is required if you would like a refund.
Workshops
With at least 48 hours notice we can refund you in full or transfer your booking to another date.
Residential Bookings
Your payment includes a non-refundable 25% deposit. With at least seven days’ notice your booking can be refunded minus this deposit, or transferred to another date (subject to availability). Cancelled retreats are hard for us to re-book at late notice (within seven days) and will not be refunded or transferred.
