Stay with us at A Space to Be. Whether you simply want to soak up the views and fresh air or plan a full itinerary of yoga and massage you are welcome as a guest in our home. Guests have exclusive use of our self-contained accommodation with sea views. There are lovely walks on the doorstep and it is a short drive to the beach. We can accommodate individuals, couples or groups of up to three.

Holistic Yoga Days are an opportunity to immerse yourself in a complete practice of active and restorative postures, seated breathing practices and meditation. Overall this is a restful and meditative experience based on the Eight Limbs of Yoga set out by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutra. It is a chance to go deeper into both the theory and practice of yoga within in a friendly group.
Lucy's Thursday morning Zoom class is for those who already have some experience of breath-based yoga. Being in the Cycles is open to all and continues online on Sunday evenings approximately once every eight weeks. Individual tuition is also available online.
