A Space to Be Retreats

Stay with us at A Space to Be. Whether you simply want to soak up the views and fresh air or plan a full itinerary of yoga and massage you are welcome as a guest in our home. Guests have exclusive use of our self-contained accommodation with sea views. There are lovely walks on the doorstep and it is a short drive to the beach. We can accommodate individuals, couples or groups of up to three, arriving on Friday or Tuesday.

Lucy has been running yoga groups for pregnant women and babies here in North Northumberland since 2009. These classes include prenatal yoga, birth preparation, postnatal yoga, baby yoga and massage, relaxation and meditation for mothers and babies and opportunities for friendship and connection.

Saturday 31 July – Yoga Retreat Day

An opportunity to immerse yourself in a complete practice of active and restorative asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation. Each yoga day will be structured around a philosophical theme and is aimed at experienced practitioners and teachers. Accommodation is available for anyone that would like to travel from further afield.

Lucy’s pregnancy yoga classes include relaxation, meditation and simple, flowing yoga sequences. They are non-competitive and suitable for any level of yoga practice and experience including complete beginners.
