'Being in the Cycles' is a Sunday evening yoga workshop open to all which encourages inner listening and personal agency. Sessions are available in person at Shilbottle Community Hall and online via Zoom.
For women who are 14 weeks pregnant or more. Monthly on Sundays. 10am-12noon at A Space to Be Yoga Retreat.
Stay with us at A Space to Be. Whether you simply want to soak up the views and fresh air or plan a full itinerary of yoga and massage you are welcome as a guest in our home. Guests have exclusive use of our self-contained accommodation with sea views. There are lovely walks on the doorstep and it is a short drive to the beach. We can accommodate individuals, couples or groups of up to three, arriving on Friday or Tuesday.
Lucy teaches yoga in the spirit of ‘the viniyoga of yoga’, an approach to the specific application of yoga for individuals developed by TKV Desikachar. She brings to this a particular interest in restorative yoga (as developed from BKS Iyengar by Judith Hanson Lasater) and in yoga for women.
An opportunity to immerse yourself in a complete practice of active and restorative asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation. Each yoga day will be structured around a philosophical theme and is aimed at experienced practitioners and teachers. Accommodation is available for anyone that would like to travel from further afield.
