Mother and Baby

We have all heard that there is ‘one born every minute’, but each baby has their completely unique journey from womb to world.

We consider this journey to be a rite of passage, a special and sacred time.

At A Space to Be we can support you from pre-conception all the way through to your baby’s first birthday with specialised yoga and complementary therapies. We will work with you individually to create your own Holistic Pregnancy Journey.

This can include participation in our weekly group classes or a series of 1:1 appointments for specialised yoga and massage sessions. We have an online course – Mother Nurture Yoga – which you can follow at home to integrate what you are learning into your daily routines.

If you live further afield you can access the online course, with optional support via Zoom, and schedule some special time here to bond with your baby on a Pregnancy or Postpartum Retreat.

Lucy is a highly experienced yoga teacher and complementary therapist with specific training in all aspects of yoga and massage for women’s health and wellbeing.

Lucy has thorough training in pregnancy massage and there is a treatment to meet your needs whatever your stage.
