At A Space to Be we can support you from pre-conception all the way through to your baby’s first birthday with specialised yoga and complementary therapies. Lucy is a highly experienced yoga teacher and complementary therapist with specific training in all aspects of yoga and massage for women’s health and wellbeing. She will work with you individually to create your own Holistic Pregnancy Journey.
This can include participation in our weekly group classes or a series of 1:1 appointments for specialised yoga and massage sessions. We have an online course – Mother Nurture Yoga – which you can follow at home to integrate what you are learning into your daily routines.
If you live further afield you can access the online course, with optional support via Zoom, and schedule some special time here to bond with your baby on a Pregnancy or Postpartum Retreat.
We have all heard that there is ‘one born every minute’, but each baby has their completely unique journey from womb to world. Our aim is to support you and your baby through this rite of passage in a way which is special, sacred and unique.
