Yoga Retreats in Northumberland

We offer bespoke, therapeutic yoga experiences for 1-4 people in our Shilbottle home. Our calm and simple guest suite has stunning views of fields, sky, and sea - perfect for relaxing, reading, journaling, crafting – or ‘just being’. Bed and breakfast is available all year round. Half board yoga retreats are available on selected dates. Accommodation is available for all of our studio workshops.

Sunday 9 June – Being in the Cycles (Online)

This Summer Lucy will be sharing a series of Sunday evening yoga classes to introduce the four feeling states known as Brahma Vihara or 'Divine Abodes' (Yoga Sutra 1.33). 12 May - Kindness / 9 June - Compassion / 7 July - Joy / 4 August - Equanimity Each class will include movement, relaxation and meditation. All are welcome.
