Five Minute Yoga – Salutations to the Sea

Here is a short yoga practice which is easy to learn at home and then take with you in to the Great Outdoors.

It is based on the rhythm of a traditional sun salutation and contains similar types of movement. However, this sequence is done completely from standing and is therefor accessible to most people – bare feet optional!
