This is how I see it – we are all going on retreat, separately, but together.

During the current COVID-19 public health crisis, I invite you to join me in committing to a daily practice of 20 minutes deep relaxation.

As well as boosting our immunity to all kinds of bugs and viruses, I find conscious rest also boosts my immunity to anxiety and fear. It nurtures my heart and helps me stay centered.
