This is how I see it - we are all going on retreat, separately, but together.
Yoga, Relaxation and Meditation. Drop-in on Thursdays during school term time, 5.15-6.15pm. £5 Drop-in / £25 course of six classes paid by half term A warm welcome awaits for all ages and abilities.
Saturday 15 February, 1.30-4.30pm, £25. In restorative yoga practice we use props to support the body in positions of comfort and ease, to facilitate stillness. After even just a few minutes of this supported stillness it is possible to feel a deep sense of relief.
3- 5 January 2020 An invitation to retreat in a magical venue - Brinkburn Northumberland - set in a secluded wooded ravine on the banks of the river Coquet. Our group intention will be to connect with each other and with our '2020 Vision' - diving deep into yoga and meditation practice to connect with an inner vision, calling or intention that can be carried forward into the rest of the year.
