Massage treatments using warm oil take place on our extremely comfortable therapy couch which is suitable for clients of all sizes and shapes. Your treatment can include the whole body, or be focused on specific areas.
This traditional treatment takes place on the floor on a comfortable mat and you remain clothed throughout. It involves the use of rhythmic palming, rocking and and acupressure techniques, along with facilitated stretching.
Lucy offers two types of postpartum treatment. The first is a flexible session for new mothers along with their babies and is suitable as soon as you feel ready to leave the house. The second is a postpartum abdominal massage and healing wrap which really requires that you are able to leave your baby with someone else so you can completely relax.
