Lucy’s yoga method prioritises breathing, and movements which are coordinated with the breath. Classes begin with a short period of rest, feeling into the body and becoming aware of the natural breath. A typical class will then include flowing sequences, some restorative poses and relaxation, finishing with breathing practices and/or meditation. While physical distancing is required to prevent the spread of COVID-19 we are unable to hold yoga courses here at A Space to Be. Lucy is offering a courses online and at Shilbottle Community Hall instead and a monthly email with some online resources.
I actually really enjoyed seeing all these grey clouds this morning, and the ethereal light sneaking through. Where there is light there is shadow. Where there is darkness there is always a glimmer of hope. Shilbottle View 4 May 2020
