3- 5 January 2020 An invitation to retreat in a magical venue - Brinkburn Northumberland - set in a secluded wooded ravine on the banks of the river Coquet. Our group intention will be to connect with each other and with our '2020 Vision' - diving deep into yoga and meditation practice to connect with an inner vision, calling or intention that can be carried forward into the rest of the year.

Autumn at A Space to Be
We are not taking residential bookings this autumn as we are having some building work done. Bookings will re-open via Airbnb in early 2020. We do however have a programme of yoga classes and workshops running for the autumn, both here and at our lovely local community hall.
Yoga for All at Shilbottle Hall
New weekly community yoga class starting Thursday 19 September. 5.15-6.15pm £5 Drop-in / £25 course of six classes paid by half term Join Lucy for yoga, relaxation and meditation in the lovely Shilbottle Community Hall. A warm welcome awaits for all ages and abilities.
Saturday 31 August – The Eight Limbs of Yoga
Saturday 31 August, 10am - 1pm, Shilbottle Community Hall, £25 This extended morning practice will include active and restorative asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), yoga nidra (guided relaxation) and meditation.
Saturday 19 October – Introduction to Restorative Yoga
Saturday 31 August, 2-5pm, Shilbottle Community Hall, £25. In restorative yoga practice we use props to support the body in positions of comfort and ease, to facilitate stillness. After even just a few minutes of this supported stillness it is possible to feel a deep sense of relief.

Sunday 22 December – Beach Yoga and Labyrinth Walking
As a way of marking the seasons we have been creating beach labyrinths as a family and we would like to invite you to join us. Each session will begin with a period of collecting stones, shells and other natural materials to mark out and decorate the path of the labyrinth. We will then gather for some movement and meditation before embarking on our individual journeys into the labyrinth.
