Yoga Courses with Lucy Maresh Autumn 2020

Lucy’s yoga method prioritises breathing, and movements which are coordinated with the breath. Classes begin with a short period of rest, feeling into the body and becoming aware of the natural breath. A typical class will then include flowing sequences, some restorative poses and relaxation, finishing with breathing practices and/or meditation. While physical distancing is required to prevent the spread of COVID-19 we are unable to hold yoga courses here at A Space to Be. Lucy is offering a courses online and at Shilbottle Community Hall instead and a monthly email with some online resources.

Weekend Retreat

A two or three night retreat for individuals or groups of up to three, arriving on Thursday or Friday after 4pm. You will have exclusive use of our accommodation which includes a double bedroom and two singles (one of which can become a twin). If not needed as a bedroom, we make up the second room as a relaxation space with a day bed, eating area and your own fridge. Both rooms have a lovely view across the fields to the sea.

Day Retreat

An opportunity for individuals or pairs to spend the day here and enjoy a quiet day for self care and reflection. The package price includes a yoga session tailored especially for you, a massage of your choice and lunch from The Running Fox. You will also receive a goody bag with some organic toiletries, note-cards and other little treats.

Mid-Week Retreat

A two night retreat for individuals or couples. Midweek retreats are Wednesday to Friday. The basic package price is per person and includes two nights bed and breakfast accommodation, a yoga session tailored especially for you, a massage of your choice and lunch on Thursday. You will also have access to unlimited tea, coffee or juice and receive a goody bag with some organic toiletries, note-cards and other little treats.
