Saturday 15 February, 1.30-4.30pm, £25. In restorative yoga practice we use props to support the body in positions of comfort and ease, to facilitate stillness. After even just a few minutes of this supported stillness it is possible to feel a deep sense of relief.
As a way of marking the seasons we have been creating beach labyrinths as a family and we would like to invite you to join us. Each session will begin with a period of collecting stones, shells and other natural materials to mark out and decorate the path of the labyrinth. We will then gather for some movement and meditation before embarking on our individual journeys into the labyrinth.

We are not taking residential bookings this autumn as we are having some building work done. Bookings will re-open via Airbnb in early 2020. We do however have a programme of yoga classes and workshops running for the autumn, both here and at our lovely local community hall.
