A Space to Be

Yoga at Your Place via Zoom

New term starts Thursday 23 April 10-11.30am

Lucy’s Thursday morning Zoom class is ideal if you already have some experience of this style of yoga. Complete beginners may prefer to attend an in person class or schedule a 1:1 lesson to get started.

Class recordings are organised as an online course in the A Space to Be app for those who book the whole term. You may also drop-in to the Shilbottle Hall class free of charge if you book the whole term of online classes.

We embraced online yoga as a way to remain connected during the Covid pandemic and are committed to keeping this option open for many good reasons:

  • Online classes have opened up a fabulous way for us to keep in touch with our community of practitioners living further afield.
  • Online classes are a great way to sustain your home practice, wherever you live.
  • Should you be sheltering yourself for any reason, minding children, pets, elderly relations or caring for anyone who can’t be left alone, we especially hope our online classes might be of interest.

Booking and Paying

Pay Per Class

Block booking is recommended since each term follows a progressive theme, but we understand life can be complex and drop-ins are also welcome.

Drop-in classes are £12 and can be booked online via the class schedule.

There is a 50% discount on this class for Friends of A Space to Be so please do consider becoming a member if you would like to intend to drop in more than once a month.

Pay Per Term

The best value option is to pay for the whole term. One single payment covers you for all ten classes and their recordings. The recordings are organised into an online course in the app which you keep access to for at least two years. You may also drop-in to the Shilbottle Hall class free of charge if you book the whole term of online classes.

The termly payment of £108 also includes four month’s free membership of Friends of A Space to Be. If you already pay a monthly fee for Friends membership you receive 50% off the termly course fee. Please contact us for further information.

Friends of A Space to Be

Friends of A Space to Be is for you if you use our App or attend our classes, workshops or retreats on a regular basis. All our Friends receive a weekly newsletter from Lucy and have full access to our online practice library in the A Space to Be App. Friends receive at least 20% discount on all of our services and 50% off the term of classes on Zoom or at Shilbottle Hall.
