Lucy teaches yoga in the spirit of ‘the viniyoga of yoga’, an approach to the specific application of yoga for individuals developed by TKV Desikachar. She brings to this a particular interest in restorative yoga (as developed from BKS Iyengar by Judith Hanson Lasater) and in yoga for women. Autumn at A Space to Be
We are not taking residential bookings this autumn as we are having some building work done. Bookings will re-open via Airbnb in early 2020.
We do however have a programme of yoga classes and workshops running for the autumn, both here and at our lovely local community hall.
