Sundays 8pm - Weekly online yoga class with Lucy. Practices are chosen to be accessible for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The focus is on yoga techniques for relaxation and efficient breathing. Classes are supported by a weekly newsletter containing video and audio resources and inspiration to create your own 'space to be' each and every day at home.

During the current COVID-19 public health crisis, we have had to close our doors. However, Lucy is teaching some classes online, and we invite you to join us in committing to a daily practice of 20 minutes deep relaxation via our Separate Together Retreat.

An opportunity to immerse yourself in a complete practice of active and restorative asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation. Each yoga day will be structured around a philosophical theme and is aimed at experienced practitioners and teachers. Accommodation is available for anyone that would like to travel from further afield.

Saturday 19 October – Introduction to Restorative Yoga

Saturday 31 August, 2-5pm, Shilbottle Community Hall, £25.
In restorative yoga practice we use props to support the body in positions of comfort and ease, to facilitate stillness. After even just a few minutes of this supported stillness it is possible to feel a deep sense of relief.
